General Rules:

• Respect Everyone: Be kind and supportive. Encourage fellow runners.

• Be Punctual: Arrive on time for events to ensure smooth coordination.

• Follow Instructions: Listen to organizers and follow the route.

For Families & Minors:

• Adult Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Buddy System: Minors should run with a buddy or adult.

• Hydration & Snacks: Pack water and healthy snacks for the little ones.

For Pet Owners:

• Leash Up: All pets must be on a leash.

• Pet Manners: Ensure your pet is comfortable around crowds and other pets.

• Clean Up: Always pick up after your pet.

Safety Precautions:

• Stay Visible: Wear bright colors or reflective gear, especially in low light.

• Stay Hydrated: Bring water and stay hydrated, especially in hot weather.

• First Aid: Know the location of first aid stations and emergency contacts.
